Privacy Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Free Mind Coaching: visitors browsing the site, people who request coaching or sponsorship information, and coaches who sign in to the coach portal.

• If you contact us: your name, email address and anything you write in an inquiry or intake form.
• If you are a coach: your name, email address, title, biography, photo, your published booking link, the hours and time off you set, messages you send inside the portal, and your progress through training courses.
• If you book a session: the details you provide when choosing a time, so your coach can prepare and confirm.

We do not sell your information, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

We use your information to answer your inquiry, arrange coaching, publish coach profiles you have approved, run the coach portal (messages, training, availability), and to send the emails that make those things work — such as a coach invitation or sign-in link.

Coach profiles are public only once approved for publication. Portal messages are visible only to the people in that conversation and to Free Mind Coaching administrators. Inquiry and intake details go to Free Mind Coaching leadership and, where relevant, the coach you asked for.

We use trusted service providers to host the site, store files and deliver email. They process this information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Coaches can delete their own account at any time from the coach portal: open your portal, then choose “Delete my account”. This permanently removes your profile, your submissions, your hours and your sign-in — and takes your profile off the public coaches page immediately.

For anything else, email info@freemindcoaching.org and ask us to delete your information. We will confirm once it is done.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
